A song to boost your Mojo

I honestly believe in the power of music. If Im having a day where my mojo is low, I listen to some music, its an instant kick me in the bum. It motivates me to get out and just do! Im not sure if this is because in my past I was a dancer (jazz and ballet, not pole dancer, get your mind outta the gutter!). Ive always been someone who really pays attention to the lyrics not just the beat of the tune. I find songs that truely resonate with me and they are ones that are frequently in my playlist. Another day, Ill do a post about songs on my playlist but today, I want to re-share a song which still to this day, makes me want to get up and dance, ride or turn up loud in the car on the way to the gym. I truely believe the words say so much not just to me but to everyone on any sort of journey!

This song was originally sung by A Great Big World. I heard it watching Glee (yes I love glee, dont judge!) and its the version I have on my playlist which I want to share with you! Ive added the lyrics below again as well so you can see what I mean regarding the true meaning of the song.
